Based in Lahti, Säkäjärvi Oy was originally established as Arto Viljanen Oy. Marianne Säkäjärvi took over the firm in 2007, having previously worked here as a lawyer and later as a partner for several years. Over time, our business has expanded along with a growing base of satisfied customers, and the makeup of our team has changed and strengthened.
Though our core competence lies in civil and criminal law, our expertise in immigration law has grown significantly since 2010. We deal with cases in many different legal fields, for both individual and business clients. We will always provide you with clear, comprehensive advice regarding even the most complex legal matters.
Marianne Säkäjärvi
A graduate of the University of Helsinki with almost 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, Marianne Säkäjärvi leads our firm and in 2017 was awarded Business Owner of the Year in Lahti. Kauri Karhu
Our office manager, Kauri Karhu, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has been with the firm for more than 9 years. Karhu is responsible for customer relations and communications within our office, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
